Bryan Evans

Find what you love to do, find someone you love to do life with, work hard, have faith and have fun.

Sounds simple but few in this world have or try to achieve it.

I have been blessed to have the opportunity to serve others in an industry that I love. For over 25 years, I have helped companies navigate growth / expansion, invested in and developed communities, and helped investors maximize their return on investment. Turning clients into friends and helping you achieve success in your real estate venture is what drives me everyday.

As a licensed REALTOR® in TN, MS and FL, combined with my experience as an investor and developer, I have found my ability to identify and manage the needed resources in all phases of a project to be a primary key to success.

I have owned, developed, leased, managed & sold commercial and investment properties including office, medical office, warehouse, retail, and specialty retail which includes storage facilities, carwashes and pet resorts.

I have a beautiful bride of 27 years, and the Lord has blessed us with 4 children, two girls and two boys. With that said, we support Auburn, Ole Miss, MTSU & the South Walton Seahawks.

Reach out to me as I would love to discuss your real estate needs, the beach lifestyle or SEC sports.

I look forward to working with you.
